FINALIST FOR ENGINEER SURVEYOR OF THE YEAR AWARD 2021

Christopher Dello, of Independent Safety Evaluation (ISE) was short-listed for the Engineer Surveyor of Year Award 2021.
The Society of Operations Engineers, the awarding body, held an awards lunch at the Jaguar Experience – Castle Bromwich on Thursday 7 October to celebrate the achievements of engineer surveyors in all fields.

Widely acknowledged as an expert in the statutory examination and survey of lifts, Chris was acknowledged as a finalist for his unfailing professional approach when carrying out hands-on inspections of lifts.

For the past 13 years Chris has dedicated his engineering career to ensuring the safety of lifts and has vast experience of preparing and submitting reports of the highest standard. These have assisted clients / duty holders to become, and remain, compliant with essential health and safety workplace legislation and more specifically with LOLER

Chris trained in the Royal Navy Submarine Service as a Marine Engineering Artificer. As an experienced electro-mechanical engineer surveyor and risk management consultant he has worked on almost every type of lift in operation in the UK. Chris established ISE in 2008 dedicating his expertise to the delivery of statutory lift examinations (to comply with LOLER) for the residential and commercial property management sectors.
